Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of Barnabas Workspace Connector (“the Connector”), a private, single-user integration operated for its account owner.

Authorized use

The Connector may be used only by its owner and accounts the owner has explicitly authorized. It is not a public service and does not accept public registrations. The Connector may access Google services only within the permissions granted through Google’s OAuth consent process.

Owner instructions and responsibility

The owner is responsible for the instructions, automations, recipients, content, and account permissions used with the Connector. The owner must use the Connector lawfully and must not use it to violate another person’s rights, bypass access controls, distribute malware, send abusive or unsolicited communications, or interfere with Google services.

Google services

Use of Google services remains subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies. Google may change, suspend, or discontinue APIs or account access independently of the Connector.

Availability and changes

The Connector is provided for private use and may be modified, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. Features may change as owner requirements, Google APIs, or supporting systems evolve.

No warranty

The Connector is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. The operator does not warrant uninterrupted operation, complete accuracy, or freedom from errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the Connector.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated at any time. The owner may terminate access by revoking the Connector in Google Account security settings and deleting locally stored OAuth credentials.

Privacy

Use of Google user data is described in the Connector’s Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the Connector changes. The “Last updated” date will identify the latest revision.
